BAR MANAGER

Santé, a new venue opening on Burton road is looking for a bar manager on a full time basis to lead our bar team!

Santé is a Mediterranean themed cocktail and wine bar that serves incredible fresh made small plates and sharing platters. Everything we do is high quality using the best ingredients. Think small tables & your date night venue. We are an independently run business with a tight-knit team & hands on owners. We love to work with people for the long run & we look after our own, this really is an opportunity for someone to join one of the most enjoyable, up and coming independently owned companies in Manchester!

We are looking for a person with previous leadership experience or the right candidate looking to make the next step up.

Job Role:

- Working busy shifts, leading our team of bar staff.

- Develop & implement our cocktail and drinks menu.

- Support with ongoing staff training.

- Liase with the general manager on venue operations.

- Working busy shifts, leading our team of bar staff.

- Maintaining standards & customer service levels.

Package:

• Starting £12 an hour

• Service charge on top (approx. £2 per hour)

• Full meals on shift

• Opportunity for promotion

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
